Ipswich has some great regular markets with everything from produce to arts and craft and handmade artisan items!
Quibble Market
Quibble Market is a pre-loved market that has gained a popular following. It is located at Orion Springfield Central, near the Swim Factory in an indoors venue.
It opens Saturday afternoons from 1pm-5pm and Sunday mornings 8am-12pm.
Springfield Markets
The Springfield Markets have changed up their days, now they’re being held at Robelle Domain on the first Sunday of every month from 8am-1pm and at Orion Springfield Central’s Main St, on the third Sunday of the month from 9am-4pm.
On offer is collectable items, great food, music, gems and jewellery, plants, art and photography and much more!
The markets are also dog friendly.
Ripley Markets
The monthly Ripley markets are on the second Saturday of the month running 3pm-8pm at Providence, Ripley Valley.
There will be food trucks, live music, entertainment, arts, craft, plants and home wares and more at the dog friendly event.
Riverlink Market Zone
Offering a unique selection of crafts, stalls and live music plus being right outside the Riverlink Shopping Centre, the Riverlink Market Zone is a shoppers paradise!
They run the fourth Sunday of every month in the East Mall, near the Reject Shop, along the river and in the Gasometer.
Handmade Markets
The Handmade Markets are located at Tulmur Place in the Nicholas Street precinct in Ipswich’s main street.
Here you can find everything handmade from jams to clothes, homewares and much more!
The markets are run the second Saturday of the month from 9am-1pm, check their Facebook for updates.
Twilight Events
The Ipswich Showgrounds are hosting Twilight Events, regular themed markets set under the festoon fig trees and market grounds from 4pm to 9pm. These markets offer tasty foods, retro and crafty stalls, interactive children’s activities and entertainment with occasional rides, competitions, car shows and much more.
There is a small fee to enter but children under 12 are free.
