Take a thirty-minute drive north-west of Brisbane and Ipswich is there waiting for you. The historic town is home to a handful of chefs doing amazing things with some of the best local produce around.
Watercress Creek Limes and Olives Bernie Mahon curates the 14 acres of land a short drive from Ipswich town centre. The 14 acres equates to roughly 600 Tahitian Lime trees, with a splattering of Olives in there for good measure! Watercress supplies some of the region’s notable bars and eateries, not to mention Cloudland in the heart of Brisbane.

The region also plays host to a batch of brilliant wineries, including Ironbark Ridge, as well as Microgreen producer, Springfield Microgreens. Think garnish with a kick!
